A complete physiotherapy programme for you who have a climbing injury now and want a plan for the whole way back.

It includes: 12 weeks · a 45-minute starting consultation at Bison Boulders, Kødbyen or Søborg · written reports in weeks 4 and 8 · an end report · a 30-minute final consultation · chat with me and my training app throughout.

We start with a physiotherapy consultation where I assess you, and we go through your injury, your injury history, your climbing and training. Then I set up your rehab plan, and you train to your programme in the app while I follow along.

You get

a 45-minute starting consultation with an assessment
a rehab programme in my training app, adjusted along the way
logging of your training and short check-ins on pain and how you respond to load
written reports in weeks 4 and 8 with my evaluation and your plan adjusted
an end report before the final consultation, which we go through together
chat with me throughout
a 30-minute final consultation

How long an injury takes depends on the injury. If you need more time, Rehab can be extended by 3 months for 1.495 kr. — one more consultation, and chat and reports continue. I offer this if it is the right thing for you. At the end you can also continue into Prevention · 6 months.

My training app is made for climbers: you get your programme there, log your training and can write to me. You get access as part of working with me.

Why we use the app

When you use the app, I can follow your rehab between consultations — not just what you remember to tell me when we meet. I see what you've trained, how the load has been and how the pain has responded. And you can message me in the chat when questions come up. That gives my assessments a better basis and lets me adjust the plan before a problem grows. That is why the app is a fixed part of working with me this way — without that data I can't deliver what is described here.

Payment

2.995 kr. for all 12 weeks. It is paid at the starting consultation by card at the clinic.

Insurance and subsidies

Health insurance cannot be used for this, only for single consultations. If you are a member of Sygeforsikringen "danmark", I report Rehab and "danmark" pays the subsidy directly to you. "danmark" calculates the amount.

Member and student discount

Members of Bison Boulders and students with a valid student card get a 20 % discount. The discounts cannot be combined.
